With the living room, family room, a private deck and a private upstairs balcony, you’ll never be lacking lounge space.

This is the only MacKenzie Village unit that has a finished basement. Complete with half bath, game table, seating area, and 65" TV, this basement rec-room is a perfect for giving any kids and teenagers in your party space to spread out. Parking: There is designated parking for one regular sized vehicle in the private garage. Garage clearance is approximately 7'3" in height, and 7'6" widthThere is also a private outdoor spot marked #3101. Large SUV's and Trucks will need to park in the outdoor parking. Visitor parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Trailer parking is strictly prohibited in the complex. If you need additional parking for trailers or other vehicles, please contact one of our knowledgeable team members to assist you.

Bike/gear storage: There is a private garage which can be used to store gear, vehicle, or both (space permitting). The unit also has an allocated storage room in the basement of the complex which can be used to store bikes, skis/boards, boots, golf clubs, etc...
