L'Austin Rêve

L’Austin Rêve is a modern, elegant three-bedroom mountain condo with an open kitchen, private deck, two-person hot tub with gorgeous views, one-car garage plus an additional outdoor parking spot, air conditioning, and heated bathroom floors. It’s one of the closest private rentals to Revelstoke Mountain Resort—just two minutes to the lifts and less than five minutes to downtown. It’s the perfect location for skiing, biking, golfing, or relaxing in comfort and style.

Located in Mackenzie Village—Revelstoke’s premier new development—the condo offers not only prime access to the mountain and town but also curated amenities just steps away in Mackenzie Plaza. Enjoy a bakery, specialty convenience store, liquor store, art gallery, fitness gym, and a first-class (yet low-key) pub coming soon. A daycare with drop-in hours makes it easy for families to enjoy adult time on the slopes or in town. The resort shuttle picks up in Mackenzie Village and offers easy, car-free access to both the mountain and downtown.

Inside, the condo is thoughtfully designed with a modern mountain aesthetic. The open kitchen features upgraded appliances and a Moroccan lamp over a wooden dining table, while handcrafted coat racks—made from reclaimed wood from a historic Revelstoke pub—add a touch of local character. Both bathrooms offer heated floors, perfect for warming up after a day on the slopes. The living room opens onto a private balcony with a two-person hot tub and views of the golf course and surrounding mountains.

The condo comfortably sleeps six with three bedrooms:

• Primary bedroom: Split king bed + ensuite full bathroom • Guest bedroom 1: Queen bed • Guest bedroom 2: Separate enclosed den with a double Murphy bed, which can be removed to create an office. Please note that the den does not have a window. • Family room: Pull-out sofa

L’Austin Rêve is one of just six three-bedroom units in Mackenzie Village with a private garage—and the only one with both a garage and open kitchen. The garage includes ski/bike racks, boot warmers, and benches, offering secure, dry gear storage in any season. A dedicated outdoor parking space and visitor parking ensure convenience for multi-car groups or gear-heavy travelers.

Included amenities:

Private two-person hot tub, one-car garage + outdoor parking, air conditioning, electric fireplace, heated bathroom floors, open kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, and crib (upon request).

See you on the slopes!
