The apartment exceeded expectations which I delighted and relieved about as it was in my opinion expensive (but lack of options in Revelstoke and time of year) Location - I would say it is superbly situated for getting to the mountain literally 3 mins in a car and only 5 mins for the town. The lift made life very easy. It was a well appointed apartment space with plenty of room and the utility /laundry space was welcomed. The kitchen accessories were plentiful and of a very good quality - from knives, to quality pans, to mixers, baking trays you name it it was catered for making this an ideal apartment if you want to stay in. The detail of things provided was superb such as boot warmer and the large TV along with many options of viewing from Netflix to Disney etc again great for a family and this was complimented with a super big comfortable settee. On arrival it was beautifully clean, the bedrooms were a great size, the beds large and very comfortable (I struggle with sleep and other beds and these were great) and the linen and towels of a very good standard. The rug in the lounge was wonderfully soft underfoot. The underground car park was also fabulous - easy to reach with the lifts and the car was never cold, iced or snow covered therefore no effort required. Small improvements that could be made: The hot tub was never hot enough - maybe the 1st few mins but then it didn’t reheat whilst in there getting tepid quickly. However we did use and enjoy. Cleaning and collection of towels /change of bed sheets didn’t happen in 10 days and think this should have been at least once from a price perspective. The main front entrance on arrival doesn’t work with the code given in welcome details so be prepared to call RV - they were efficient both with this 1st issue and when the apartment door stopped working - whilst annoying they sorted very quickly. Overall delighted and would recommend and rebook.

Property response

Sam, we cannot thank you enough for such a thorough and thoughtful review! While we do our best to be completely transparent about our listings, letting guests know what amenities are available, proximity to attractions, photos of the layout... it doesn't quite compare to the testimony of a guest that has actually spent time here! Your review serves both to let future guests know what they can expect as well as letting us know what we are doing right and what we can improve upon! Thank you! Just to address the comment about housekeeping mid stay, we can offer it but there is an additional fee, there is a washer and dryer and most folks just prefer to put in a load and refresh towels and bedding as they see fit. Also, we thank you for calling to our attention the hot tub, we will send your comments to our Maintenance team so they can check to see if the heater is working properly! We are so thrilled that you were delighted with your stay and we cannot wait to welcome you back!

Fantastic stay! Excellent stay! The condo was brand new. Very clean and contained everything we needed. Getting into the front lobby of the building was difficult as there was no door code included in the instructions. Once we got in we were good to go! I would definitely Recommend and plan to return. Thank you

Beautiful condo! Cabot views condo is well equipped and spacious, brand new! Kitchen was perfectly suited to make family meals. New bbq and extra propane. Coffee provided was local Holm grind, awesome. Bit of construction midday when we were out and about, no biggie. Underground parking was sweet, easy elevators and fob entry. Private hot tub was lovely - even on a +30C day, the mountains cool at night to mid teens. We asked for the second king bed to be made into 2 twins, confirmed by the property people, but it wasn't done. Kids didn't enjoy sleeping together. Emailed but got no reply from RevVacations. The bathrooms have no garbage cans, just 1 central in kitchen - this is odd. Beds are comfy! Couch is amazing! Smart TV is easy! What a fabulous find, would stay again if price doesn't get too far out of reach in next few years. Booming complex! Just amazing.

We had a Fantastic stay at Cabot Views, The condo is a brand new building that is tastefully decorated. Lots of construction going on but was never an issue. The condo was large with lots of room for our family of 3. Beds were two twins put together as it states and the linens were ok. Every thing was clean except for some very minor messes from construction. Hot tub was a real bonus after a day of exploring, views from every window were beautiful, but there is a power line that runs in front of the building. The railing on the balcony had a large gap in between that we did feel would be a safety concern for children. Over all we had a great time and our host was very responsive and proactive throughout the whole stay! We would for surely do it again!

This condo is beautiful and exactly as described. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and linens were high quality. We would stay here again!
